Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Must have at least 6 months experience in US Staffing.

2. Both IT and Non-IT Recruitment experience can be considered.
3. Sound knowledge of IT/Non-IT concepts and latest trends
4. Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, LinkedIn, Hot Jobs, CB etc.)
5. Well versed with USA visa status, work authorizations & tax terms
6. Good experience in working of permanent / contract staffing across major IT technologies
7. Understanding the client requirements of permanent or contract staffing.
8. Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates profile from database, portals, and references through telecalling/emailing.
9. Arranging interview schedules for the shortlisted candidates.
10. Screening the resumes based on technical skills, and communication skills and short-listing if it matches the requirement.
11. Coordinating the interviews between client and candidates effectively to make the event successful.
12. Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target
13. Good communication and inter personal skills.
14. Creating & maintaining effective & efficient database for resourcing.

Skills :

1. Must have at least 6 months experience in US Staffing.
2. Any degree with IT preferred.
3. Excellent verbal & written skills.
4. Very conversant with all phases of recruitment life cycle, Such as ; gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc
5. Shall have good experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders and shall be proficient with W2,1099 & Corp to Corp engagement models
6. Strong experience in using recruiting portals and also proficient with use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc. to source right talent
7. Shall work in the night shift aligning with US eastern time
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
