Job Role & Responsibility:
Analyse and visualize data on a project basis to enhance operational efficiency for a global healthcare company.
Work closely with his/ her manager and internal/ external clients to understand the business problem and contribute towards approach design
Ensure smooth delivery of analytics projects undertaken and responsible for project communications
Preparation of project plans starting from defining business problem/ scope to delivery approach and present findings to stakeholders in a prompt and effective manner.
With assistance from his/ her manager, the individual should be able to arrive at a desired approach to a business problem, able to delineate tasks, manage his/her time efficiently &present the findings with utmost clarity
Supports the Operations leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artefacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key operations data sets, reports, and metrics.
Ensure smooth delivery of all projects undertaken and be personally responsible for day-to- day project communications
Build dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations for senior management team.
Work closely with his / her manager and internal/ external clients to understand the business problem and contribute towards approach design.

Experience in travel bookings and finding cost effective solutions

Desired Candidate Profile:
Serves as the domain expert for operations analytics
Prior Healthcare Experience will be an added advantage
Good communication skills (both oral & written) in order to participate in project discussions internally within the team & with end customers.
Ability to make need-based travel specific to projects in short notice (including internationally)
This is a high visibility role requiring high energy due to the constant interaction with the customers
