Job Role & Responsibility:

Key Responsibilities:
 Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO/ Founder including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments.
 Preparing meeting notes and agendas, taking minutes, following-up on actions resulting from all important meetings within and outside of Ncord Head office.
 Being able to independently identify areas and take the initiative to follow up on tasks as needed from meetings etc.
 Ability to think independently and find ways to actively assist the CEO with research and in presentation management, analytics and projects.
 Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations.
 Managing CEO travel arrangements and proactively coordinating visas, hotels, transportation, meeting agendas and necessary contacts, as well as other information.
 Providing support and assistance to the CEO for Board Meetings, including preparing the agenda, other correspondence and updates, recording minutes and action points.
 Explore events linked to Healthcare and other international development and advising the CEO on participation in the same.
 Understands confidentiality and has the maturity to communicate right information in the direction.
 Strict attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
 Ability to write well and communicate clearly and effectively with other senior executives and other Ncord staff.
 Well versed in the use of technology and technology driven solutions and its applications in business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant
 Knowledge of office procedures
 Solid experience with office management systems, ERPs and MS Office
 Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
 Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
 Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
